All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary.

 

Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All orders: AUD$25 flat rate shipping

International Customs & Taxes

For our valued customers in Australia, please be aware that local customs and tax charges may apply to your order. These fees are not included in the total amount paid during your purchase and must be settled directly with your local customs office before receiving your order.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
